We love the Pro Ebiz 4 GB but I don’t understand why you show a product image of a player with the colorful squares to be touched when there is no colorful squares!! I ordered it thinking that the product image you show on the order screen is what I would be ordering. It’s not! Even though we love it I will be scared to order for now on because I don’t know what I’m going to receive.

If you want something flashy for cheap this is a product you should probably buy. There are several downsides to it, it is slow and not very responsive, and the pen that comes with the mp3 does not attach to it. It is kind of confusing to use, and you should know how to work with mp3 players already before buying this product.
My suggestion is that if you are interested in buying a product that includes everything that a normal iPod or Nano has, for less, and you dont care about the slow responsiveness, this would be the perfect product for you. However, if you just want something that plays music with quality and lots of space (as was my problem), I would suggest looking more into the more popular bands and find something that is more appropiate.

I was very excited when I got this for Christmas. I picked it out from the zillon mp3′s available. Advertised as a ipod knock-off, it definately IS! I do like the touch screen. The navigation is difficult because most of the time the buttons won’t function as they should.I haven’t been able to figure out how to get it to play a list of songs, only one at a time, then I have to tell it to play the next one. I can only view a portion of the photos I have put on it. I’m just very frustrated with it. The camera takes fair pictures but there is no way to ge4t out of the camera mode once you start except to turn the whole thing off. Like I said, I’m sending it back. I’ll get an Mp3 player with less bells and whistles. All I need is music and photos.

i found that this product was really nice actually. the screen wasnt as sensible as i imagined, but i lived, you just hav to touch it hard enough, or maybe even sometimes twice. the things i found anoying, were the fact that if leave in the middle of a movie, it has to start over. and it doesn’t have a slot to hold the stylus. i also had trouble uploading games. the movie uploading and converting was a little confusing at first, but once i got the hang of it, i was fine. the loud speaker was a realy nice affect, because sometimes in long car trips i forget to bring head phones. i love the voice recorder though, it might not have amazing quality, but it picks up just about every sound that you hear when you’re holding it and recording something. i would definatly recomend this player.

I PURCHASED THIS NOT EXPECTING GREAT THINGS. SOUND QUALITY IS FINE. VERY HARD TO GET VIDEO TO WORK. AFTER 3 DAYS, MY HEADPHONE JACK STARTED TO MALFUNCTION. I CANTACTED EBIZ AND THEY WANTED ME TO SEND IT BACK TO GET FIXED. I WAS HOPING AFTER 3 DAYS OF OWNERSHIP, THEY WOULD JUST EXCANGE IT FOR ME, APPARENTLY NOT. I WOULD LIKE TO THINK ANY REPUTABLE COMPANY WOULD TAKE CARE OF THEIR CUSTOMERS INSTEAD OF INCONVENIENCING THEM BY SEND A 3 DAY OLD ITEM TO GET FIXED AND THEN WAITING FOR IT TO BE SENT BACK. I HAVEN’T USED IT SINCE. POOR QUALITY AND POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
