I love this headset. The sound is just fine and it is comfortable. The best feature is that the mouthpiece actually can be bended to whatever shape you want. Other mouthpieces, I’ve had problems with it being too far from my mouth so people can’t hear me, or it being close enough but not pliable and right up to my mouth so it feels awkward. This one can be molded to the exact position you want it to be. I didn’t even realize that when I ordered it, so I wanted to write in how pleased I am with the design.

I bought one of the headsets at an office supply store, replacing an older Sony model. This one, for a few dollars more, was much higher quality. I was using one in my home office and use the other two for other home phones and sometimes on my cell when the bluetooth/connection quality is poor. If you need a basic and inexpensive headset, i recommend this one.

this was an affordable mic and does a good job for the price. It was a little hard to hear at first with the volume up on the mic but thn I turned the volume up on the phone and it works great.

There are two (possibly related) issues with this unit. 1)The boom lies uncomfortably close to the face and 2) even if you carefully adjust the boom so that it is not touching your cheek, almost everyone that I spoke to asked me to switch phones / headsets after a minute (and I’m not really a quiet talker). I will not be using this unit.

This headset is a great buy for the money. It’s not perfect, but it’s good for the price. It’s very lightweight and works great with my Panasonic KX-TGA101S and Motorola KRZR. The only 2 minor complaints I have are that it’s a little loud to the people on the other end of the call. A few times I’ve been asked to lower the mouthpiece (to my chin level) so that I was not coming across to loudly. Also, if I move around a lot while on a call and plugged into my Panasonic phone, sometimes the connection can be a little scratchy. But overall, that has happened very few times.

I tried calling several people with this headset and I tired adjusted it every which way, but others has trouble hearing me and found the audio terribly scratchy. I was able to hear quite well on my end, but…I generally don’t wish to talk to myself when I’m on the phone. What can I say? I’m just like that.

While the sound quality is just fine for a product that is this inexpensive, the connector cord keeps twisting around itself leaving me physically bound closer and closer to my phone.
If I had known the cord did this I wouldn’t have bought the headset because it’s very annoying and limiting.

Even though the jack size is correct for our vtech phone, the sound was garbled and faint — I had to return it!

Just ordered my second one of these; they are lightweight and have good sound clarity. The first one just plain wore out after 7 years.

This headset has been nice. It fits well, and volume is pretty good for the price. Could be a little louder at times, but depends on the phone. I am currently using it with a SNOM M3 cordless IP phone. Nice for the price
