This is the best screen protector I have used for my iPod Touch.
Pros
1. Construction. The addition of the tabs for placement assistance and the layering of the protector between two additional layers of plastic makes it much easier to put on. A very clever construction on the manufacturers part.
2. Value. The price was incredible. I paid $3.00 US total for it.
3. Quality. The fit is excellent. The fit and clearness make it hard to notice that it is on.
Con
1. (more a condition than a negative/con) I use a clothe to clean the screen periodically. The protector protects the screen but does not prevent smudging and fingerprints. I don’t mind it.
2. No protector for the Home button.

I ordered from Eforcity, opened the package, and upon sifting through the contents, it was not an iKross 3 pack! But, that did not phase me one bit as I placed the screen protector on my iPod Touch 2G without a problem. The product looks great and does not interfere with the interface of the Touch. It is rather puzzling as to why some people are exceptionally critical when it comes to this product, but the cover gets the job done. Buy from Eforcity and you will receive a product that may not be an iKross, but just as useful. Make certain though that when the screen protector is installed that you do this in a dust-free environment. Hold the iPod Touch in widescreen. Try aligning the protector’s slot for the home button and successively press your finger in a vertical manner pressing out the the protector by rows. Best of luck.

Excellent, I have no problem putting it on and it protects the screen of the
ipod touch, gave one to a friend and a relative.
Highly recommended.

First off, these screens do NOT fit ipod touch first gen. I’m not sure if i missed that in the product info or not, but they are too long, there is a little flap that hangs off the top.
Second, application SUCKS. There was a sticker on the actual screen that didn’t come all the way off, so now i have an awkward residue interfering with the touch-interface of my ipod TOUCH. Plus, it is nearly impossible to get all the air bubbles out from underneath the adhesive.
Now, it’s not like i haven’t had experience applying protective screens. I definitely have, many, many times. This was pretty difficult to do.
Third, it’s a really thin screen, so it may not protect the screen from heavy scratching. On the plus side, a thinner screen doesn’t interfere with the sensitivity of the touch screen.
overall, I’d invest a few more dollars in a well-fitting, easy-to-apply screen. I became very frustrated with this product and ended up using all three included in one go because they quit sticking after trying to get the air bubbles/residue out so many times.
