I purchased this wall mount to hold a 20" Dell monitor. I also recently purchased two official Ergotron Desk Mount arms to hold larger monitors. At less than 1/4 the price of the Ergotron arms, this mount is much higher quality than I expected. While the instructions are not very comprehensive, installation and adjustment is very easy. The arm swings smoothly when needed, but does not creep once the monitor is in place.

Unfortunatly, due to the features of the wall where I have placed the monitor, I need a wall mount that provides height adjustment, and this one does not, so I will be looking for another solution.
